Think Again, See Again.
“Challenging what’s expected. Illuminating what matters. Making pedagogy visible.
This is a space for the brave, the curious, and the quietly revolutionary."
About Clare
Founder of Think Again. See Again.
Where possibility meets practice.
I’m Clare Comedoy, pedagogical leader, early childhood consultant, speaker, and storyteller of practice.
Through Think Again. ,ee Again., I support educators and leaders to reimagine what’s possible in early childhood education. My work is rooted in curiosity, courage, and deep respect for the intelligence of children, materials, and relationships.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve walked alongside educators across long day care services, leading pedagogical change, shaping environments, and designing reflective tools that honour the complexity of our work. I believe leadership is relational. I believe materials carry stories. I believe children deserve spaces and adults who see them as capable, creative citizens.
My approach is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, slow pedagogy, and the belief that documentation, when done with integrity, becomes a language of listening — not surveillance.
This work is not about providing more content. It’s about creating more space , to think, to notice, to act with intention.
I offer:
In-person and online professional learning
Facilitated staff meetings and workshops
Reflective resources and tools for teams and leaders
Coaching and pedagogical mentorship grounded in your context
Speaking engagements and conference sessions that challenge and uplift
Whether I’m working with a leadership team in a staff room, zooming into a twilight session, or curating a handout for deep reflection, the question I always return to is:
What do we believe about children and how does that belief show up in what we do?
Let’s think again. See again.
Together.
